Ayebanengiyefa (Nengi) Wabote was born in Warri, Nigeria, and is currently pursuing an MFA in Scenic Design at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television in Los Angeles, CA. She also holds a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Syracuse University. She has a passion for storytelling and visual arts and believes in the power of film to inspire, educate, and entertain. Through her work, she strives to create meaningful stories that resonate with audiences and leave a lasting impact on society, as well as be a form of representation for her culture.
